New Practice Format for U8

Spring 2019 Season‚Äč

  • Practices take place after School and will be run by pro-coaches.
  • Practice format will include multiple teams on the field at once in order to run the same drills and learn basic fundamentals together.
  • If teams/coaches would prefer to run practices on their own, they'll be welcome to do so.
  • Each team will have an assigned non-parent coach to help on game day (1 game p/weekend).  These coaches are typically upper classman High School Lacrosse players who participate in the "Wolfpack Community Coach Program"
  • Parent volunteers will be needed on practice day.  Volunteer requests will be sent out a month prior to the beginning of the season.
