A new practices option will be available for teams who would like their practices run by pro-coaches.
The purpose of this program is to serve those teams who face challenges running mid week practices. Reasons such as tough work schedules, lack of volunteers, etc can create challenges in finding quality practice time for the kids.
The Practice format will include multiple teams on the field at once in order to run the same drills and learn basic fundamentals together.
If teams/coaches would prefer to run practices on their own, they'll be welcome to do so.
Each team will need to have one assigned volunteer head coach. In addition, each team will also have an assigned non-parent coach to help on game day (1 game p/weekend). These coaches are typically upper classman High School Lacrosse players who participate in the "Wolfpack Community Coach Program"
Parent volunteers will be needed on practice day. Volunteer requests will be sent out a month prior to the beginning of the season.
